We are an independent pediatric practice located in Mt. Airy, Pennsylvania.  For over 35 years, we have been privileged to provide excellent, compassionate and evidence-based medical care to families that come to us from all over Philadelphia and its outlying suburbs.  From prenatal visits and preventive care, to treatments of acute illnesses and the ongoing treatment of chronic conditions, at Mt. Airy Pediatrics, P.C. we strive to offer comprehensive medical treatment for children, adolescents and young adults.

We are pediatricians, nurse practitioners, and staff dedicated to working together with children and families in both the city and the suburbs. We welcome persons from diverse backgrounds and do our best to provide state of the art, culturally appropriate services for them. Our physicians are certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and are fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Our Nurse Practitioners hold their national certification through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.

We dedicate ourselves to meeting the individual needs of every child and every family, to learning what makes each child special and what each family values, and to growing along with you as a trusted part of your family’s health and happiness.

Mt.   • Marcie E. Macolino
    MD, FAAP

    Dr. Macolino joined Mt. Airy Pediatrics at the end of her training as a resident at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in 1996, where she also completed her internship. During her training she also did volunteer work for Habitat for Humanity, where she met her future husband. She traveled to Belize as part of a medical internship program in Central America. In 2008, she traveled with Mercy Ships to provide medical care for people in Honduras for 10 days. 

  • Susan W. Nordlof
    MSN, CRNP

    Susan has lived in the neighborhood since August 2001, when she came on board as Mt. Airy Pediatrics' first pediatric nurse practitioner. She has also enjoyed teaching PNP students at the University of Pennsylvania as a clinical faculty member and preceptor during her time here. In earlier stages of her professional life, Susan practiced as a PNP in Lancaster, PA, assisted in various children's-health-related projects in West Philadelphia while a nursing student, and served as a home visitor and drop-in group coordinator for adolescent mothers in Chicago. 

  • Victoria N, Hudson
    CPNP-PC

    Victoria Hudson is a graduate of Penn State Univ (BSN) and Thomas Jefferson University (MSN). Prior to joining Mt Airy Pediatrics, she worked as a registered nurse in the Emergency Room at St Christopher’s Hospital for Children. She has a special interest in educating families who are new to parenthood, and teen care. Victoria lives in Elkins Park and in her spare time enjoys family outings, trying new restaurants and exploring events in the city.
